Crisp romaine hearts mixed with mandarin oranges, edamame,
roasted cashews, garlic crusted chicken breast, crispy won tons and rice noodles
then tossed with our sesame dressing.
 
Butter Lettuce Bowl
Crispy crusted tofu sauteed with red and yellow peppers, scallions,
Arbol chili's and roasted cashews served in a butter lettuce bowl.
 
Steak Wok-Rice Bowl
Grilled angus skirk steak, fresh vegetables, baby bok choy, sticky rice and
Asian spring roll served with our mango dipping sauce
 
Pepper Crusted Salmon Caesar
Seven pepper crusted salmon over chopped organic romaine hearts,
